3rd Time Media offers a dedicated email design and build service. Our email designs are highly targeted to appeal to the audience that they're intended for. We will consider how the email fits in to the wider customer relationship activity. The email design will ensure that your key messages are clear and uncluttered ensuring maximum visibility of the email's essential elements.
The result is that the email will achieve a high relevancy rate with the recipients in order to encourage readers to click through.
Each email is designed with extensive knowledge and experience in how each email client, for example, Outlook 2003 & 2007, Gmail and Hotmail, displays emails. Many of the differences are subtle but some are significant.
Before 3rd Time Media supplies the final email design and HTML files for broadcast, we will test the email across twenty plus different email clients, ensuring that the final file will display consistently across all email clients.
In addition, all emails are tested against known spam rules applied by the ISPs. The HTML will be validated to avoid being identified by the spam rules. This will ensure your email campaign starts with the best chance of being delivered into inboxes.
