Redesign Financial Comparison Mini-site

3rd Time Media has redesigned the financial comparison section of Experian's CreditExpert members' website.

Objectives

The main objectives for the projects were to one; refresh the design of the main page to bring in a more up to date and contemporary look and feel, and secondly; to drive a higher level of member engagement with the section and ultimately driving higher conversion.

The re-design not only focused on the user experience and the communication of CreditExpert's unique proposition, which matches members against financial product offers and promotions, that are based on the members credit profile, and so delivering highly relevant and targeted financial results.

The main pages were redesigned, including the section home page, which drives members through to a specific financial product. In addition, 3rd Time Media redesigned the journey from the home page through to the product landing through to the presentation of the matched results.

To support the mortgage user journey, 3rd Time Media has also designed and built a mortgage calculator to encourage increased user engagement with the mortgage financial comparison service.
