3rd Time Media designed and built the online tools to support CPPs acquisition of new customers
3rd Time Media researched the online tools available to customer of banking and wider financial services. Key considerations were around the how to engage users with interactive content while keeping the tools always easy to use and informative, making it easy for users to navigate through the tool or go to an area of specific interest.
3rd Time Media delivered three online tools, two supported the acquisition of new customers, with the third supporting CPP’s call centre establish a user’s risk to identity fraud.
The two acquisition tools educated users about identify fraud and what to expect in their credit report and how this can help with identity protection. Both tools included interactive features to encourage the user to engage with the content in an easy and natural way. The credit report tool included navigation in three areas of the page and so always allowing a user to navigate easily. Top and bottom where navigation tabs, while the left side indicated the separate chapters allowing users to navigate to a topic of interest directly.
Each page prompted a user to sign up for CPP’s Identity Protection service.
