Digital experts tasked with improving the effectiveness of company's email marketing

Insurance price comparison site comparethemarket.com has hired 3rd Time Media to develop and implement a new customer contact initiative with the aim of increasing quote completion rates and maximising cross-sell opportunities of a range of its insurance products.

3rd Time Media will overhaul all email communication to unify and enhance the company's recent rebrand following the launch of a new web site earlier this year.

The insurance site selected 3rd Time Media after a competitive pitch process, with a brief to develop a new digital customer contact strategy to maximise the effectiveness of the company's email marketing. 3rd Time Media will analyse comparethemarket.com's contact database to create targeted campaigns built around relevant offers for specific customer segments.
