3TM Welcomes Raman & Richard

Raman is a fun, happy chirpy person from Birmingham, whom joined 3TM in March this year.

She has 4 years web design experience working in the financial services and training sector. The projects that she has worked on consists of design and front end development on mortgages.co.uk, Life insurance.co.uk and Health Insurance.co.uk.

She moved to London 2 years ago and worked for a training company where Raman was the only web designer. She designed and developed their company web and microsites.

After 4 years working in a corporate environment Raman decided to enter the big exciting world of digital media on the agency side.

Richard, drawn down from Manchester to the bustle of London, joined 3rd Time Media in March this year. As a web designer for the internet marketing arm of hosting provider UKFast, Richard was instrumental in the design of sites such as Henley's clothing and UKFasts own ecommerce hosting sites. It was here Richard learned the discipline of designing for direct response marketing.

Following this Richard worked with Global media company Ten Alps tasked with re-designing their range of news based media portals. The umbrella site Link2 Portal went on to win best media website at the how do awards.

We welcome Richard to the 3rd time media team and hope the award winning sites come with him.
